Pouiomall offers women's footwear, including sandals, heels, and casual shoes.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency selected by the customer at checkout.

Prices do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other governmental charges unless expressly stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if payment has already been received.

After an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order.

Pouiomall does not store your full payment card information.

Our standard shipping fee is USD $5.99.

Orders with a merchandise value of USD $50 or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after order processing.

7. Risk of Loss and Delivery

Ownership of the products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Pouiomall is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information, customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds
