At Pouiomall, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or washing.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered by the customer.

  • Items returned without prior authorization.

How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Support team to obtain return instructions.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • The reason for the return.

  • Photos of the item (if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect).

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by Pouiomall, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We may request photographs to evaluate the issue and will provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement, refund, or exchange where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please follow our return procedure after receiving the package.

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred.
